March is Ethics Month and the Richmond CPCU Society Chapter invites you to join us in a one-hour complimentary webinar on the ever-important topic of Ethical Negotiations.  CPCU Members will receive one CE (CE for CPCUs) credit for their attendance.

We find that most roles in our industry require us to negotiate.  This presentation will identify what ethical interactions are required for all parties and contrast that with time-proven negotiating skills, to ensure that the highest standards of professional conduct are met in every interaction.
